Each site is 9.5m x 3.4m and has a dedicated power point for occasional charging (with a tested and tagged power lead). You’ll also find a work station with water and bathroom onsite. Some sites have rentable storage lockers for your wetsuits, skis or covers too.

How much does it cost to keep a caravan or boat in storage?
Storing vehicles like camper trailers, caravans, boats, jetskis or motorhomes in an undercover site starts at $220 per month for a single vehicle less than 9.5m total length. If the height of your vehicle is over 3.1m or you want to store more than one item, please call us to discuss – 8532 2595
How do I prepare my vehicle for storage?
Preparing your caravan or boat for storage is important. Basically, you’ll want to clean it inside and out, empty liquids from sumps, tanks and cassettes, charge the battery, inflate the tyres and possibly cover the vehicle. Doing the above will ensure that your car is well prepared for storage. (Please note, all waste must be removed offsite).
How long can you store a vehicle?
Both short and long term arrangements are available when it comes to storing a vehicle. If you’re heading overseas for a holiday, for instance, you may look at storing your vehicle for just a month or if it’s an additional car you don’t have room for at home you would most likely want a space for a longer period of time. With 7 day access to our facility, it’s convenient to come by to take your stored vehicle for a drive to recharge the battery and rotate the wheels.
Can I park a vehicle in a storage unit?
Yes, if you are looking for a fully enclosed space for your vehicle then you can store it in one of our large roller door style units at Lincoln Road. They are easy to access and provide for total peace of mind over both short and long term arrangements.
How often should you run a car in storage?
To ensure that your car remains in good condition during storage, it should be run at least every two to three weeks. This will help to heat and lubricate the engine and keep things operating smoothly, keep the battery charged and if you take it for a drive will rotate the tyres to avoid flat spots. It’s also beneficial to rev the engine slightly.
